Prebooking for 2026 is now open!

At Jinx Merlot Pet Grooming, we like to give the option to prebook your appointments for the entire year. Prebooking your appointments for the year is optional, and is great for anyone who likes to have a set schedule. If your schedule needs flexibility and you’re not sure what your schedule will be, you are more than welcome to book as you go.

If you have multiple pets and you like to bring them together, you only need to fill out one form. If you have multiple pets but you like to bring them separately (different days/weeks in between groomings, etc.), you will need to fill out a separate form for each pet.

We offer two types of appointments:  Drop Off Appointments and Express Appointments.

Drop Off Appointments:  Pets are dropped off at their appointment times and are sent a text message when ready. Our drop off times are 8am, 10am, and 12pm. If your pet is dropped off at 8am, your pets will be ready between 12pm-2pm. If your pet is dropped off at 10am, your pets will be ready between 2pm-4pm. And if your pet is dropped off at 12pm, they will be ready between 4pm-6pm.

Express Appointments:  Pets are dropped off at their appointment time and are started immediately and groomed until completion with no breaks. The appointment times for the Express Service are 9:00am or 2:00pm. We will send a text 15 minutes before your pet is ready so you can pick them up as soon as they are done. Pets are not placed in kennels unless directed by you to do so, or if you are not there to pick up your pet within 15 minutes of your alert. (If you would like a longer alert window, just let us know.) This is a specialty service and great for elderly pets, pets who have kennel anxiety or owners who do not want their pets in kennels. However, anyone can book this service if this type of appointment appeals to you. There is an extra $25 express fee for this service, on top of the normal grooming charge.

These forms let us know what your ideal schedule is. The more flexibility you can give us, the closer we can get to it. Due to each groomer's schedules, time off, holidays, etc., we can't guarantee that we can create it exactly as you want, but we will get as close to it as we can.
