Dear Awesome Jinx Merlot Clients,

We've got some exciting news! We are restructuring our current drop-off schedule to accommodate an additional drop-off time to improve our services and efficiency.

Starting June 1, 2025, our new drop-off times will be

• 8:00am – 8:15am (usually ready between 12:00pm-2:00pm)
• 10:00am – 10:15am (usually ready between 2:00pm-4:00pm)
• 12:00pm – 12:15pm (usually ready between 4:00pm-6:00pm)

This updated drop off schedule will replace our previous drop off schedule of 8:00am-9:00am and 11:00am-12:00pm.

This new structure will help us be able to get started on your babies right away without having to step away from them to check in other clients. This will help with our timeliness and will help minimize the number of dogs at each drop off time, leading to speedier check-in and less dog-on-dog interaction. 

You will still be able to drop off your pets as early as you need, so if you pick a 10:00am spot you can still drop them off at 8:00 or 9:00, they just won’t get started until 10:00am. The afternoon drop-off will be the least affected as everything will stay the same for that particular time as you can drop off as early as you’d like. 

To keep a timely schedule, we will not be able to take your pet after their allotted drop off time so if you are running behind, please give us a call so we can chat about different options. 

If you have standing appointments, give us a call and let us know your preference of 8:00am or 10:00am to drop off. The 12:00pm appointments will stay the same. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to reach out! We are excited about this new change and are optimistic that this will help us be even more efficient in the future.
